Ordering information

Place your order by sending an email, links on bottom of all pages or in the middle of the Home page

Payment terms: We accept checks, money orders, Paypal & wire transfers. We can also send you a secure credit card invoice from our credit card processing co, Square. Payments should be mailed to Sondra Krueger

Layaway policy: Layaway is available up to 1 year depending on the price of the item. One third down. We try to work with you to meet your needs. Regular monthly payments should be made. If a payment is missed there is a 30 day grace period during which the account must be brought up to date. If two consecutive months of payments are missed, we reserve the right to cancel the layaway. If the account is not brought up to date, the layaway will be cancelled. Layaway payments are non-refundable, once a payment plan has been established. If you choose to cancel your layaway, we offer store credit toward another item of your choice (less a 25% re-stocking fee), to compensate you for any payments made. In establishing a layaway, you are agreeing to the above terms.

Shipping policies: Shipping and insurance is in addition to all prices listed and will vary according to the item. You will be notified of those costs prior to the payment of your purchase. We keep costs down by doing our own packing & shipping, no handling charges. We pack well so that your item arrives safely. UPS & USPS. International orders are shipped via Air Mail through the U.S. Postal Services.

Return policies: Items may be returned if you are not satisfied with your purchase although there are some exceptions. We require prior notification within 3 days of receipt of the item. You must notify us that you would like to return the item and the reason, before we can accept return of your purchase. Return shipping and insurance (insurance is required for returned purchases) are the responsibility of the customer and the item must be returned in the same manner and in the same condition as sent. There is a 30% restocking fee.

California State Sales Tax: California residents are required to pay California State Sales Tax of 7.25 % unless a valid California resale number is provided.

Additional Terms: There is a $20.00 fee for returned checks.  If this should happen please notify me asap so we can take care of it.
